This holiday home offers a private outdoor area with two covered terraces and two covered terraces, both with a private entrance. You will enjoy fantastic views of the sea, mountains and the sea. The view of the Shipwreck is just 5 minutes from the accommodation as well as from Selinas Filippoi beach. Boat rides can be organized: please ask the host for more information. Nauagio Beach is just 5 minutes from the property, Ksigia Beach is 10 minutes away, and the harbour of Agios Nikolaos can be reached within 20 minutes. The area also features cafeterias, taverns, and a mini market (150 m from the house). 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.
